Shipping & Delivery Policy

1) Service Areas

Aconite Eventes primarily delivers within India. Some locations may be subject to additional lead times or partner-courier support. We’ll confirm availability during checkout/quotation.

2) Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation and payment.
  • Made-to-order or bulk items may require additional processing time; we’ll inform you upfront.

3) Delivery Fees

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout or quoted in your proposal based on distance, weight/volume, and urgency.
  • Special handling (e.g., fragile décor, large props) may incur extra charges.

4) Tracking & Confirmation

For courier shipments, we provide tracking details once dispatched. For event-day deliveries, our team coordinates arrival windows directly with you or the venue.

5) Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically make 1–3 attempts. Unsuccessful deliveries due to unavailability or unreachable addresses may be returned to origin and re-delivery fees may apply.

6) Damaged / Missing Items

Please inspect packages upon receipt. If items are damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours at support@aconiteeventes.com with your order number and photos so we can assist promptly.

7) Incorrect / Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply for re-shipping.
